Assistance to the set designer Alfons Flores for a musical tribute to Juan Hidalgo (1614-1685) produced by the Teatro de la Zarzuela in Madrid.
Our mission was to carry out the executive project to commission all the necessary scenic materials and supervise the construction of the set design and props.
Alfons Flores designed a set that was configured through a structure, using only recycled industrial pieces of real scaffolding which structure represented the facade of a Gothic cathedral and had fifteen niches that represented an altarpiece. Over the structure, we placed some projection screens that allowed the façade to become a projection screen as if it was a huge urban advertising poster.
